I lived in this house for 4 months and met friends from all around the world. Whenever there was a problem, our landlord Marco would always deal with it quickly and proactively. I will remember the beautiful memories I made here for the rest of my life. Thank you!💘

I lived here for 5 months and had a great time. I met good friends, shared meals, and traveled together, making many nice memories. There are supermarkets and an Asian mart within walking distance, which was very convenient. The common areas were cleaned regularly, so it was comfortable to live here. My room was clean and had all the basic furniture and things I needed, so I could just move in without worry. There are also three bathrooms, which made sharing the house easy. Overall, I was very satisfied and I recommend this place for long-term stay.

I've been here for a few weeks and the place has always been clean, the room practically new, and the vibes really nice. It's definitely a great choice if you're looking for a bit of socialization without being in a huge hostel. On top of that, the owner Marco has been very helpful and welcoming.

As someone who lived there for 8 months I can say I have 0 regrets about it, I say proudly that 320 Deakin ave was my home, Marco the house owner taking a good care of the house and the tenets and the house have always friendly vibe so it always feels like a home.

This is the best home I’ve found so far. The location is very convenient, with easy access to stores and fast food. The house is well equipped and has everything we need—I don’t even have to worry about buying anything to my room. And the Landlord, they’re the best as well. Love this home!!!
